We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
If you are not fully satisfied with a book or CD, and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip or email us for details. If you wish to discontinue My Goals or the 24/7 Coach, please send an e-mail to contactus@optimizemylife.com. You will continue to have access for the remainder of the month that has been already paid.
